  • Computer-aided design of bioactive compounds (inhibitors of cathepsin C, tyrosinase).
  • Design and structural analysis (NMR, CD, molecular modeling techniques) of peptidomimetics
  • Design, synthesis and application of artificial folded molecular architectures (foldamers) based on aromatic oligoamides.
  • Investigation of protein-ligand interactions by use nuclear magnetic resonance and molecular modeling techniques.
  • Synthesis and application of photo-switchable derivatives of azobenzene.
